Evoke.ie crowned Media Brand of the Year

DMG Ireland-owned Evoke.ie was crowned Media Brand of the Year at the annual Media Awards which were held recently in the Clayton Burlington Hotel.

In a hotly contested category, Evoke.ie saw off competition from the likes of Adtower Digital Media, Exterion Media, Mirror Media – Belfast Live, PML Group and TheJournal.ie.

Paul Henderson CEO of DMG Media Ireland said of the win: ‘Since its inception four years ago, we here at DMG have always known that EVOKE.ie and its team are a winning combination, one that resonates with Irish women every day and this award is just acknowledgement of that.’

According to the judges: “The reason we chose Evoke.ie was they had passion, they had vision, they had clear audience understanding, and they had strong commercials, but more so what overwhelmingly impressed us was that they had transitioned from being an online media brand to an offline consumer brand. What also stood out for us was that they had a really beautiful CSR initiative, that was true to the brand. Congratulations Evoke!”

DMG Media Ireland is this year’s official media partner of the Dublin Tech Summit 2018.

The partnership will see DMG Media Ireland promote the event across its key digital platforms EVOKE.ie, Extra.ie and MailOnline – reaching over 3 million Irish users and host key interviews, trends and technologies live from the Convention Centre Dublin on April 18th & 19th.
