As 2025 draws to a close, it has been another busy and rewarding year across the Irish Examiner’s live events, content and audio platforms, reflecting the organisation’s continued commitment to serving diverse audiences through meaningful storytelling and engagement.
Throughout the year, the Irish Examiner delivered a strong programme of live events, including ieStyle Live, Feelgood Coffee and Conversations, and the popular Feelgood Live, creating opportunities for audiences to connect around wellness, lifestyle and shared experience. Sports podcasts also took to the stage, with live shows bringing listeners closer to the voices and analysis they follow week in, week out. Livestreaming of Munster schools rugby helped bring grassroots sport to wider audiences across digital platforms exclusive to subscribers.
From an editorial perspective, themed months such as Sustainability Month, AgriMonth and Feelgood ’25 enabled in-depth exploration of key issues impacting readers and listeners, while offering partners authentic, targeted environments in which to engage. The Media Solutions team also hosted a series of events for clients, focused on showcasing the power of digital advertising, data-led targeting and multi-platform storytelling.
Audio continued to grow as a key pillar, with new and expanded podcasts added to the Irish Examiner’s library, including the ieBusiness Podcast, the Deirdre O’Shaughnessy Podcast, Dalo’s Hurling Show and the GAA Podcast. These formats ensured coverage of a broad range of interests and listening habits across sport, business, lifestyle and current affairs, while offering advertisers flexible, integrated solutions across print, digital, audio and live experiences.
Throughout the year, the Irish Examiner was proud to work with a wide range of partners and brands, including Pinergy, Clarins, Lidl, Centra, SuperValu, PwC, Precision Biotics, Audi Cork and Ireland’s Blue Book, delivering tailored campaigns across print, digital, audio and live platforms.
As the year draws to a close, the focus turns to giving back through current charity appeals, including the Little Acts of Kindness campaign in partnership with the Society of St Vincent de Paul, supporting communities across the country. The Irish Examiner extends its thanks to sponsors, partners and supporters for their continued trust and collaboration throughout 2025 and looks forward to building on this momentum and continuing to innovate across platforms, formats and audiences into 2026.
