The Irish Times has unveiled a redesigned visual identity across its full podcast portfolio, creating a more cohesive and distinctive visual presence for listeners wherever they discover and engage with the brand’s podcast content.
The refresh, designed by Core Creative, introduces a consistent design system, including a new overarching podcast lock-up and refreshed artwork across flagship titles and new series, helping to strengthen recognition of The Irish Times podcast offering while allowing each show to retain its own unique character.
To coincide with the redesign, The Irish Times has rolled out a major out of home campaign designed to increase awareness of its growing podcast portfolio and drive listening among new audiences. Running across high-impact locations including Dublin Airport, Dublin Bus, and Irish Rail, the campaign positions The Irish Times Podcasts as ‘conversations that make waves’ and highlights the breadth of topics and content available to listeners every day. The activity will run from August 24th until November 1st.
The initiative marks the latest phase of the brand’s summer of activity, showcasing The Irish Times as a destination for more than news. The podcast campaign follows activity to promote Crosswords & Puzzles and The Irish Times app.
