Reach Ireland has partnered with the Department of Justice on a new Victims’ Rights campaign aimed at highlighting people’s rights under the Victims of Crime Act 2017. The campaign focuses on improving awareness and understanding of victims’ rights, while clearly signposting where people can go to access further information and support.

Campaign objectives include:

  • Raising awareness that victims of crime have rights
  • Improving understanding of what those rights are
  • Driving audiences to victimscharter.ie for further information
  • Reaching a wide and inclusive audience, including non-Irish and ethnically diverse communities

The campaign is being delivered through a mix of DPS advertorials, sponsored content pieces, and explainer videos. Media planning and buying for the campaign was managed through the Department of Justice’s agency, Spark Foundry, part of Core.
