New Appointments at Mirror Media

Evelyn Gleeson has joined Mirror Media as an Agency Account Manager, having previously spent three years working at Group M in both Mediacom and the Group M trading offices. She brings with her a wealth of experience, including working with big brand accounts such as Vodafone, Sky and Danone. Evelyn will work across both print and digital and will be the key point of contact for Group M and OMG.

Joining her team, Account Executive Sean O’Connor, brings further digital knowledge. Sean previously worked in various digital marketing roles, including at ICAN.

Derval O’Rourke New Food Writer at Irish Examiner Weekend

Derval O’Rourke has joined the Irish Examiner’s Weekend as a food writer. She joins Darina Allen, Michelle Darmody of the Cake Café, Leslie Williams and Joe McNamee.
Best selling author Derval, who has just published her second cookery book, will focus on healthy, nutritious midweek meals. Derval’s first column will appear in Weekend on Saturday, October 29.

DMG Media Announces New Appointments

Liz Doyle has been appointed to the position of Commercial Manager of EVOKE.ie. Liz joined DMG Media (Ireland) as Sales Manager in March 2012. Liz has extensive experience within both the print and digital industries and brings this wealth of knowledge to her new role.

Desmond Farrelly has been appointed to the position of Digital Audience Manager at DMG Media (Ireland). Over the past ten years he has worked in the areas of Marketing and Circulation for the company. Desmond has a first class honours degree in Marketing and Languages as well as a Masters in Marketing.
