November is Food Month at The Irish Times

Now in it’s 8th year, November, sees the return of Irish Times Food Month. Throughout Food Month, readers have the opportunity to consume a wide range of food news and features across both print and online.  The month will include guest chefs’ delicious recipes, along with some mouth-watering offers, fantastic competitions, and exclusive virtual events. All guaranteeing continuous reader engagement.

Starting this weekend,  Aoife Noonan kicks off the month of activity with the first of five Live masterclasses on How to be a Better Baker.  Lilly Higgins will also be inviting you into her kitchen throughout the month, starting on November 2nd, when she hosts the first of four weekly Food Month Monday Cook-Alongs.

On Friday, November 6th the Irish Times Winter Food + Drink magazine will be distributed with The Irish Times. The 48-page magazine offers readers something to look forward to in Beyond Lockdown: 100 Great Places to Eat in Ireland. Clodagh McKenna talks about her lockdown love, planning a sustainable life, and how to cook speedy midweek dinners. Aoife Noonan has created three showstopper chocolate dessert recipes and Sunil Ghai shares his family recipes for Indian condiments. John Wilson is on hand with wine recommendations, and Paul Flynn tells us what he’s looking forward to in 2021.

The month long series, allows relevant brands to reach the most appropriate audience for them. The Irish Times has a weekly audience of 1,032,000 people of whom 244,000 are a foodie audience (TGI 2020)
