Irish Examiner launches GAA Writers campaign 

The Irish Examiner has launched a cross-platform campaign, highlighting its expert team of GAA writers including Anthony Daly, Eimear Ryan and Eamonn Fitzmaurice.

Irish Examiner GAA writers will be covering the summer 2023 GAA calendar, from league to championship and from club to county, across Gaelic football, hurling and camogie. The goal of the campaign is to reinforce awareness of the calibre of the Irish Examiner’s team of GAA writers and encourage readers and sport enthusiasts to subscribe to irishexaminer.com to fully access its unrivalled sports coverage. The marketing campaign began on June 2 and will run until the end of July to cover the All-Ireland finals. 

The media campaign includes a targeted digital audio campaign, billboards in Kent Station, a digital and social campaign on display, Google Discovery, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, as well as a regional and national radio campaign centring around the sports programme. The campaign will also include an internal cross-platform strategy, live across Irish Examiner press, social and digital and newsletter ​channels. 

In addition to access to GAA articles, Irish Examiner subscribers also get exclusive access to GAA podcasts.
