Extra.ie is set to bring you a great summer of GAA Championship coverage. Led by GAA legend Liam Hayes, Extra.ie will create a series of GAA video shows previewing and reviewing the big games of the week from both codes. These shows will feature on Extra.ie, with its 400,000+ monthly uniques, and right across the DMG Facebook audience of over 1m people in Ireland.
Video has become an important component of Extra.ie and with the access that DMG Media has to the biggest names in GAA, the publisher believes that this is a natural progression of where it is taking its offering.
This has been made possible by the in-house studio and video capabilities in which DMG Media has invested heavily over the last number of years. The publisher now has great experience and expertise in the video space, which enables it to deliver a very exciting and professional sports show to viewers.
These shows will be part of a full multi-platform sports offering across the Irish Daily Mail, Irish Mail on Sunday and Extra.ie, bringing a very strong video and social offering to the mix, for a winning combination.
