DMG Media was the only external brand to win at the inaugural Group Mmmmmys. The awards, run by Group M, seek to recognise excellence in communications, planning and buying at Group M’s media agencies, Mindshare, Maxus, MEC, Mediacom and GroupM.

In recognition of DMG’s achievement, GroupM Ireland CEO Bill Kinlay said: “When the voting was concluded, DMG Media stood out from the competition. They were innovative, future focused, attentive, creative, accommodating and negotiable.

“They have built a team that is able to absorb a brief, prioritise the needs of the client and build a solution that is bespoke but perfectly fitted to the brief in every aspect.

“Across all our companies, we have done consistently outstanding work with this media owner and our clients have been extremely pleased with the results.”
DMG Media Ireland’s Group Head of Sales, Karl Byrne, thanked GroupM for this recognition on behalf of the team : “We are delighted and humbled to win such a prestigious award. We always strive for excellence in what we do and such recognition holds huge weight for us at DMG Media Ireland. We would like to thank the management and staff at all Group M Ireland agencies for this accolade.”
