The Sunday Times published the latest in their annual Property Guides this month with two supplements, the Dublin Property Price Guide on January 3rd and the National Property Price Guide on January 10th.  Both editions were sponsored by Bank of Ireland.

Now in its 17th year of publication, The Sunday Times Property Price Guide is the authoritative guide to the Irish property market.  

The guide offers exclusive area by area analysis of home values from around Ireland, drawing on the opinions of estate agents around the country, to find out how much every home around Ireland might be worth right now and what they could be worth at the end of 2021.
