Broadcaster and mum of two Kathryn Thomas is set to host a Sunday brunch event for parents called ‘Parenting Unplugged’ on Sunday, 14th September in House, Dublin from 11am – 1pm. Organised by The Irish Sun, the live parenting event promises to be  a relaxed, lively and laugher filled morning featuring expert advice, crowd interaction and of course, a little prosecco.

Kathryn will host a panel discussion that will feature mix of expertise, experience and entertainment including:

  • Dr. Richard Hogan, family psychotherapist, columnist and bestselling author of ‘Parenting the Screenager’ and ‘Home is Where the Start Is’. Richard helps decode children’s emotions, behaviour and screen-time battles with warmth and clarity
  • Emma Doran, comedian, podcast host and bestselling author of ‘Mad isn’t it?’, Emma’s take on parenting is honest, hilarious and painfully relatable. She brings the laughs along with a few home truths to the panel
  • Sophie Morris, food writer and mum known for her practical family recipes and no-nonsense approach to feeding fussy eaters. Sophie brings smart, realistic tips to get kids eating more than just beige food – sometimes…

From toddler tantrums over food to teenage tech battles and everything in between, the expert panel has heard it all and they’ll be on hand to offer practical, tried-and-tested advice. There will also be a live Q&A, giving parents the chance to ask their own questions and get real-time answers.

Guests can look forward to a glass of prosecco on arrival, delicious brunch-style bites, and a premium goodie bag – plus plenty of tips and tricks for parents of children of all ages.
