Congratulations to the finalists in this year’s NewsBrands Ireland Press Pass Student Journalism Awards.

Over 10,000 students took part in this year’s Press Pass programme and hundreds entered the competition which was judged by leading national newspaper editors and journalists.

The finalists, their families, and teachers are all invited to the awards lunch which will be held in the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on Tuesday, May 9th. Prizes will be given in six categories – News Reporting, Features Journalism, Opinion Journalism, Photojournalism, School Newspaper, and Sports Journalism.
