As the coronavirus crisis unfolds, massively impacting on people’s daily lives, the Irish Mirror has launched a newspaper home delivery service for its Dublin-based readers so they continue to receive their daily news at a time when they need it most.

Irish Mirror readers who live in Dublin and parts of Kildare, including Maynooth, Celbridge, Leixlip and Kilcock, can now get the daily and Sunday editions of the paper delivered to their door, 7 days a week and delivery is free for new customers for the first 12 weeks.

Editor in Chief of the Irish Mirror, John Kierans said: “Readers are relying on news outlets right now more than ever to get the latest news and information from the very best sources.

“The critical role played by news media in getting trusted and accurate information out to the public has been widely acknowledged during the coronavirus outbreak. Even though traffic to our digital sites is at record levels, the real talking point is the resilience of our newspapers. The Irish Mirror is operating at 90% of our normal sale before lockdown.

“Newspapers provide a vital public service, that’s why we’ve launched this home delivery service and e-editions of our papers to ensure that the news we provide is getting out to as many of our readers as possible.

The Irish Mirror is offering its newspaper delivery service via newspaperdeliveryservice.com/mirror-delivery/ and subscription to the e-edition is available here.
