Irish Examiner ieStyleLive event in association with Clarins

On Thursday, October 17th, the Irish Examiner hosted the spectacular ieStyle Live 2024 at City Hall, Cork, in association with Clarins. The event brought together the best of fashion, beauty, and fun, creating an unforgettable experience for all in attendance. The evening, hosted by style icons Sonya Lennon and Brendan Courtney, was a celebration of creativity and elegance, and Clarins, as the main sponsor, played a key role in elevating the event, bringing their expertise and passion for beauty to the forefront.

A highlight of the evening was the fashion show, styled by Corinna Gaffney, which not only showcased high fashion but also included stunning pieces from Barnardos charity shops, blending style with sustainability. As the charity partner, Barnardos had an important presence throughout the evening, raising awareness for their vital work with children and families. Barnardos received donations from guests throughout the evening, reinforcing the positive community impact. Adding a touch of sophistication, Audi Cork, as the official motor partner, presented their Q5, complementing the evening’s celebration of style and innovation. Meanwhile, Malfy, the drinks partner, welcomed guests with refreshing cocktails during the reception, setting the perfect tone for the night ahead.

Attended by almost 350 business leaders from across Cork and Munster, ieStyle Live is the Irish Examiner’s flagship lifestyle event. This year included a new inspirational ‘Women of Impact’ segment, sponsored by Lidl, featuring a keynote speech from world-renowned conductor and composer Eímear Noone. Her inspiring message about leadership and breaking barriers resonated with the audience. Through this collaboration, Lidl showcased its support for female empowerment and leadership, gaining valuable exposure among an audience aligned with these values.

Guests were treated to numerous prizes throughout the evening, adding excitement to the night. The evening concluded with luxurious gift bags, filled with premium products, ensuring every attendee left with something special to remember the event by. The success of ieStyle Live was built on these wonderful partnerships, which helped create a truly memorable event. The collaboration with Clarins as our main sponsor, alongside partners Audi Cork, Malfy, Lidl, and Barnardos, added layers of style, luxury, and community spirit to the evening, making it a night to remember.
