How to Enter

 
 

If your ad was published in any NNI title during the previous calendar year (including NNI Local & Regional newspapers) it is eligible to enter the NNI Press Ad of the Year Awards.

For creative categories we ask entrants to print artwork and mount this on A3 boards with the entry form completed and attached to the back of each board. It is up to you to select the most appropriate category for entry although the judges reserve the right to move your ad into a different category to that for which it is submitted, if they consider this to be appropriate. You can enter an ad in more than one category if you believe that it is relevant to each.

Media categories require entrants to complete a written submission following the criteria for entry specific to the given category (criteria for entry will be provided with entry forms). Artwork can be included to support this submission. For media categories, both hard and soft copies should be submitted with the relevant form.

The NNI Press Advertiser of the Year is awarded to a brand judged to have used newspaper advertising effectively and in a creative manner. The shortlist for this award will be created through nomination by NNI national newspapers and the winner will be chosen based on specific criteria.
